Liberty Utilities is a natural gas and electric utility in New Hampshire. On July 3, 2012 Liberty Utilities Co. announced the completion of its $285 million acquisition of National Grid’s natural gas and electric distribution businesses in New Hampshire. The deal has added more than 60 new full-time jobs within the state.
